I have gone Solo at Ginnie a couple of times.
There Policy is OW divers must buddy up, but cave divers can do whatever they want.
In Practice if you tell them you are meeting other people, they let you in.
A lot of times it just matters who is on the desk.
 
Thanks guys for the info. Because of rain/flooding some of the springs were closed while I was there so I just spent all my time at vortex. I made 20 dives on 5 days and spent 18 hrs in water. I penned the cave to the gate all 20 times and spent about 10 hrs in the cave itself. Vortex is really diver friendly. Solo diving is not a problem and they will pump your tanks as high as you like as long as you are willing to stand by them while they are being filled. I took some photos from a point and shoot camera, If you are interested you can view them at my website. I am definately planning to go to the springs once again this year.
