I'm a Fish!
You know; with all the jokes and comments we have about northerners and how they can't drive, don't tip, etc...

So what if Florida is the U.S.'s big retirement home? We still love it! You just have to love the fact that we live in the fishing/diving capital of the U.S. I used to not like this place, almost hated it (guess was getting bored with it) because of the negativity you have to deal with from many people. But that's everywhere really, plus the more I work with tourists and visitors; the more I appreciate how lucky we are. We have such great diving here, so much variety, and it is all so accessible; when we can take some time after work to just park at the beach and dive within minutes from home... that's just awesome.

So next time I almost get sideswiped on i95 by an escalade from new york... I'll take solace in knowing that eventually that person will be back in his rat race shoveling snow, while I'm shoveling ice into my rum after one of my daily dives! :-D

Of course I could be in central america lol; but Florida works well for now.

Just wanted to get this out there. Thought of the day.
