Florida in April

I know that everybody will be in Mexico at that time but my familiy (read: my wife) decided to visit Florida during spring break. However, I made a deal to sneak out for 3-4 days and to visit High Springs. I contacted EE to arrange few guided dives, since I don't have team mates but if somebody wants to join me, I'm OK with that.

I'm comming to Florida (Orlando) on March 27 and plan to rent a car and make 3-4 days trip to High Springs, probably March 29 till April 2.

Any suggestions on "must see" caves? Any suggestions on equipment (undersuit, gloves, etc.)? Any suggestions on trip by itself (accomodation in High Springs etc.)?
