Hey Jet...
Here is what we found. I'm not sure if someone tried to fix it, or if it was an error on our end (although I'd like to think that isn't the issue, but our guys are only human!).
Regardless, the reg should be heading back to you tomorrow!

I hate to say it, but that is how I received the reg new from Scubatoys. It has never been in for repair.

Well, it was probably done by us then...sorry!! We have talked to all the guys who build these, and they are well aware of the issue!!
You should see the reg in a few days!

Funny thing, I just had the exact same problem with my Flathead first stage. Working through my LDS, Depth Perception, here in Tampa, Zeagle took care of my DIN issue, plus they serviced my regs for me, all on their dollar. Thanks to Zeagle and Depth Perception.
