Is anyone up for diving Flat rock, Palos Verdes with me tomorrow (Sunday) morning around 10AM? (It's near malaga cove). The visibility in the area is supposed to be really good this weekend. Just to warn you, the hike down/up is supposed to be very difficult, but's its doable, Melvin and Andy did it recently. So difficult trails shouldn't bother you, we'll just have to be careful. It will be good exercise! Let me know!

Ahem!, I only dive flat rock at night, and only once (so far, but what the wife dosen't know won't hurt me). I find it helps if you can't see the drop. :11:

This trail is not for the timid and you definatly need to be in shape.

This site does describe the site well (at least I think so)Sandeaters Dive Site Description

Once in the water there is a line of rocks parallel to shore that lie just under the surface. You have to time the waves and make sure you hit the space between the rocks.
