This is my product, it's a speargun muzzle with a high quality integrated LED and rechargeable battery. If you don't know what to do with it for then it probably isn't for you 
Apologies for the self promotion but I want to get the word out; I developed them myself and I hand make them here in southern California. I am primarily a freediver but some of my tank diver friends who like to hunt rockfish or halibut like it, and in other locales where divers are more frequently hunting wrecks it's also terrific.
