Im not doign well recently, just dont have the willpower. Kept the eating under control, but need to excercise mroe. My apt gym is under renovation which doesnt help. I played tennis on monday, and lifted weights on tuesday, and will try to do weights today, and tennis tommorrow, but my cardio willpower is draining. THose last 20pds are the hardest.
