We have a full boat going to Tubbataha May 9-15th 2024, one cabin, $2783 per persons includes the fuel and park fees &nitrox. The boat is the MY Discovery Palawan. There is an optional land based trip May 1-8th at Magic Oceans in Anda, Bohol May 1-8th for $1744 per person. That trip is up to 5 dives a day and full board. A quick look at liveaboard.com pretty much shows all the boats in Tubbataha are full for this coming season.
