Hello,
I recently renewed my DAN insurance and in the medical conditions I noticed that seasonal allergies are mentioned. I ticked the relevant box as I have allergic rhinitis although mild one. Most I usually get is sneeze during spring time. When it gets annoying (rarely) I take antihistamines (aerius or xozal) and it ceases. Unfortunately DAN's form doesn't have space for comments or details like these.

In response DAN asked me to provide what they call a "Fit to Dive Medical Certification" without any other details on what is this or how I get one. Any ideas?

I hope that it doesn't need an examination from a specialist doctor as I don't think I have any near me and I am leaving for a month-long trip abroad (including some diving) next week.

Thanks in advance.

I forgot to mention that I directly replied to DAN asking details about the medical certification however since they "normally reply within 2 working days" and that I am running out of time, I'd appreciate any feedback from anyone who might know more.
Thanks

Sounds like page 2 of the usual RSTC form.
