Everybody wants to lose those extra holiday pounds and get in shape for the new dive season, so we are presenting 'Fit To Dive' at Dayo Scuba in Orlando on January 19th, 2010 at 6pm. Cost is $25.00 per person. We presented this program back in August 2009, and it was very successful. We had a great time discussing fitness issues that arise in diving and conditioning for the specific demands that divers encounter.
The program is being presented by Dayo Scuba staff personal trainer Bruce Lager.

We look forward to seeing you there!
