You need to use the model number on Sherwood's because they have been making Blizzards, Brutes, and Magnums since at least 1980 and configurations have changed. In '80 the only HP port was 3/8", don't know when they switched to 7/16" HP port.. Off the top of my head I think it was a model 5300.
