First set o gear!

Ima head up to the dive shop tomorow and look at some gear and might buy some and then head to the beach and go for a swim. as someone looking at geting into scuba how should i go about choosing this fin over this fin or this mask over this mask ect ect... Thanks for any help!

Not an easy question. But when it comes to your mask there really isnt a choice, you buy what fits and doesnt flood. Your shop should have a pool and be willing to let you try out a few, I went through five before I found one that worked. Fins a really a personal choice, i dont use split fins due to currents you can experience but others I dive with do and love them.
