Olympus Dive Center, located in Morehead City, North Carolina, is now seeking a First Mate to work on board the companys 48' aluminum dive vessel, the Midnight Express, taking passengers offshore on wreck diving excursions for the 2012 season starting in April and ending in October. This person must have previous experience as a dive boat mate and be the holder of a USCG masters license near coastal 50grt minimum and must be at least divemaster certified. Extensive knowledge of boat handling skills is required with boat handling abilities preferred. Mechanical skills an additional plus. This position is perfect for licensed individuals seeking to expand their boat handling abilities and gain additional experience offshore. This position may have room for advancement.
