I'm a light packer and this is the first trip without my wife in a long time (she is the opposite of a light packer) so I'm excited to travel light. Well except dive gear, that's never light. Intend to do my hydros backpack with all essential dive gear in it as my personal item and 1 checked bag with my pony, clothes, and wetsuits.
I am spoiled. I can fly on either Air Canada or WestJet & get 3 checked bags for free (upto at least 50 pounds each).

I have elite status with American and am flying first class so I get a free 70# checked and unlimited weight carry-on but don't think I will need it. I will just wear my boat coat when I leave to reduce space as well

This trip the mornings look to be 50-60s and highs at 70s, that's alot cooler in-between dives.

It does not get that cool in the mornings. Maybe low to mid 60s very early but will be mid 80s during the day. You’ll be able to pack much lighter once you get closer and see the forecast.

...Also looking for any must see or do activities in Cabo San Lucas as I will be arriving 2 days early...

I believe the Socorro Aggressor leaves from San Jose del Cabo rather than Cabo San Lucas. Will you be staying in Cabo San Lucas and then transferring to your boat?

I went to the Revillagigedos last May. I did some fun local diving out of Cabo San Lucas before my liveaboard, which left from there. The water temps during my trip were 72-74, mostly 73. I wore a full 7 mm and a 5/3 hooded vest. I was one of the few divers who stayed warm on all the dives. Of course, exposure protection and warmth are personal.

The Aggressor website says San Jose Del Cabo is about 45 min from the boats dock, which leads me to believe the boat leaves from Cabo San Lucas. The trip includes 1 night hotel in Cabo San Lucas and transfer to the boat, So I assume it is closer to dock. I'm staying at the same hotel for the extra night just to keep things simple. Any other topside activities in Cabo?

Scratch that, it says the airport is 45 min from boat launch and you are correct about launch location.

I thought Cabo San Lucas was too touristy and crowded. Drove thru San Jose del Cabo on the way from the airport and looked much more chill, less built up and less busy. Some friends stayed there and really enjoyed it. If you have 2 days, maybe just find a nice place to chillax there.

earplugs if you're sharing a cabin

Of course you do what you have to do in a circumstance like that, but an ENT Specialist really warned me off any ear coverings any time on a dive trip (earplugs, music ear phones, even over the ear noise cancelling headphones). Ideally you want the ears open and able to dry to reduce the possibility of infection.

fair point, hadn't thought of that but I don't really suffer from sinus/ear issues so I don't think it would make much difference for me personally, but ymmv

if the night before then either Manta or Nautilus Dive Tech are good companies to go do a check out dive with.

If the night after, and you have no fly constraints limiting diving then Pelagic Safaris do a good snorkel tour looking for big pelagic stuff:
