I believe the boat Julio Kin got from Papa Hogs is permitted (although needs some TLC), currently under repairs and he has been renting permitted boats.I cannot edit the post because time has passed, but I would like to make a public apology and correction to Scuba Life. They have in fact obtained permits for their second boat Alana.
