Okay, I am only half way through Babel, but so far it is fantastic! JB had to go to work for a few hours, and I swore I would leave it on pause. It's killing me. The Mexican wedding, the Afgan boys, The bad, bad Japanese school girls, it's really on a roll. He is translating the Arabic, so it's not Afganistan. Yemen?

Yesterday, we went to see Breach and got there early enough to catch part of Reno 911, we were crying with laughter.

Breach was pretty good..I give it a B-. My dad was career FBI so I thought the ties were a hoot (all red or blue with little fleur de lis, dad has about 200). And my dad had Hoover's picture hanging over his bed...so I enjoyed the way they portrayed agents. (I now know, that is a little strange) The psychology of what motivates a traitor, etc. Very good.

It is based on the true story of Robert Hansen, the spy. His attention seeking behavior and his feelings of powerlessness...really had me captivated.

You may like Babel now, but wait until you get to the end. Maybe it's just me, but I didn't get it. I loved the rest of it, though, kept me on the edge of my seat. I will never hear the term "hairy monster" again without peeing my pants.

Breech was OK. The BIG NEWS is that Borat is out on DVD on the 6th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh yea...JB says those spiders get in your sleeping bag. I think they jump too, don't they?

So--WHAT country is that? Yazamine, ficticious, or what?

And the writing in Tokyo looks Korean, what's up with that?

How's Culebra?

Go back and see the rest of Reno 911. You'll leave the theatre a little bit stupider, but, a lot happier. And really, that makes the price of the ticket worth it to me.

Babel is on my to watch list, heard it was excellent

I missed Babel when it was in our Casino theater... wish I hadn't.

Didn't realize Borat wasn't out yet. I must have received a pirated copy recently... guess I'd better delete it from my computer.

"I had to petition the city to wear these shorts....I need to move like a cougar"

lol.... and that motel was a freak show.

I thought I would die.

lol. The whole movie was a freak show. It was just a non stop series of 2 minute scenes like that. I loved the alligator call, too funny.

Oh god, and the love scene.

"They're not just a family to me, they're also the stupidest bunch of people who aren't legally retarded I've ever met"

Talk about peeing your pants. Seriously, see the whole thing. Go. Soon.

Yea, the first thirty minutes is not enough.
