All my trips last year and the first couple this year yielded a similar experience with dealing with the trailer guys. I really like John and when he's there the guys seem to behave better, but of late I've been bring my groups to Scuba luv and having them drop the tanks off, not as convienent of course but our business seems more appreciated.
