Trust me from experience that people that crap on you shine
for a while. But you watch, they will get theirs and if you hang around long enough you will see it. Stay true to yourself and do what you feel is right and all will be good!

I'm nice and do things for people and have NEVER been stepped on or taken advantage of, or hurt "time and time again."

me getting hurt was not intential, he's a great friend and all, just a lot going on in my life and things never work out for me anyway, I think I just get my hopes up too soon about things in my life and end up setting myself up for disappointment. So please don't speak badly of my friends.

Wendy see here above is the true you coming out. I know you and I have had some difference of opinions but that doesn't mean that I don't see the things you are intending. You can't change your basic makeup of who you are. The day will come when all will work out for you and that balance of the individual you (real you) and the intimate you (relationship you) will have you in a secure and happy mode of life. Sorry you are feeling blue at the moment. The good news is that the bad feelings are not permanent and you will soon start to feel a little hope again. I know, I know... people always say that to us when we are hurting. But, that is only because it is true. Some day, some one may come along that is really nice and if you have turned into a bitc..., he wont want you. Be true to yourself and others as well. That is always the best route. Good luck to you and hang in there.

Getting hurt shows you are alive and have feelings. It's life. I hate to say it, but there will be more.....each one makes you stronger, teaches you something, and makes you wiser. If only I had the wisdom I have now after several failed relationships, when I was 18 and thought I knew everything!!!

Be happy with yourself, comfortable in your own skin, content with your own company and things will work for the best.

Sign me, "Finally Happy at 43 Years of Age".
 
I really dont try to keep up on too much of relationship gossip...it further clouds my already distasteful look on relationships.

Just remember, the vast majority of men are idiots, me included. :)

Men are always complaining that we(women) suffocate them........personally I think if you can still hear him whining thru the pillow....your just not pressing hard enough.
