Hi all,
Thanks for your replies! I guessed I'll have to try out some of the sea-sickness medications suggested. One problem will be that I'll get drowsy when I take Dramamine...
As for my 'jaws tension' I will try to be more relaxed for my future dives. My jaws were a bit painful after my 5th dives in 2 days.....
As for the possible dehydration, I'll drink more water before & after my dives. I've just realised I've not been drinking enough as my dive always start early in the morning like 8am?

I take Bonine before I go on a boat. I begin by taking one the day berfore, another that night and then another the next morning. My body adjusts to the drowsiness and I'm ready for the day of diving.
