I have heard so many possible causes, tried every remedy for every cause to no avail. One of my friends suggests CO2 build up, but on day 2,3,4 and 5 i breath even more relaxed than on the first day, so if i get sick because of CO2, then is should happen then. Tried to 101% exhale during breathing - same results - no change. I shallow whenin the office and sleeping, no head aches aswell !

I asked my self a simple question, why is it only on the first day ? .... I am a bad sleeper, and typically on the first night of a live aboard, I dont sleep. Second night and the rest, sleep like a log !

Get some sleep and good rest, and it makes a world of difference ! ( for me ).

( p.s. Went diving last Sunday, could not sleep sat night, and sure enough, Sunday severe head aches and vomiting again )
