Oh my. Is that where we go diving? Looks rough.
I'll certainly let you know how the muffins are Rhad but I can't eat too many 'cause I have to fit into my jeans on the way home. Or maybe I should pack my "fat" pair.:rofl3:

as you can see, only rough on the outside.... if weather permits we will enter in the calm side

here we will find big blue gropers, hopefully pygmie seahorse, pygmie lion fish, sea horses and nudies and maybe a weedy or two

Ooo. I'm chomping at the bit here. Watch not one photo come out. :rofl3:But then I'll have your hubby to help me.

i think ive told you before, the thing with sydney its not a matter of where can we dive... its what you want to see and you choose your dive site accordingly

so you want to see Weedies so we first will be going to Kurnell to get the weedy count done :multi:

as i only do shore diving it think we blessed here with so many choices

Yes, to have so many choices for shore diving and to be able to see so many cool critters is a blessing.

Kingsford Smith??? geez, i think he is on the $20 note but im not sure... we're not huge on teaching aussie history here... but me thinks thats aboot to change in the next few years ;)

you should try reading Dorothea MacKellar My Country by Dorothea Mackeller at Old Poetry
I love a sunburnt country,
A land of sweeping plains,
Of rugged mountain ranges,
Of droughts and flooding rains.
I love her far horizons,
I love her jewel-sea,
Her beauty and her terror
The wide brown land for me

or Banjo Patterson, OzLit@Vicnet - E-text of The Man from Snowy River (Banjo Paterson)
There was movement at the station, for the word had passed around
That the colt from old Regret had got away,

might even make you watch the man from snowy river while youre here - or the Castle!!!! (LOVE that movie!)

Sounds good to me. Yes, Kingsford was quite a daredevil aviator. The description of the storm he flew through on the first ever Pacific crossing makes Lindbergh's flight sound like a cakewalk.
