The California DFG has finally passed a version of the MPA - Version #4 - which is a hodge-podge of the three versions proposed.

The comments I have seen about this are pretty crude - but perhaps appropriate.

I like the fact he was stopped/fined/put on probation - but I get the feeling it was not enough.
