Any infocus with measurements?

I'm 100%sure that this is Walch-Aylin 18W DC HID bulb which it is used also in ''OLD'' Halcyon lamps
Wattage a litle oscilating +/-2W so it goes from 18-24W (no problem ). (H have in new laps Brightstar)
