Several weeks ago I was in the Philippines and had plans to be there for a couple of months. With that being the first time I'd actually be staying in one place longer than a week, I decided to order a pair of Force Fins. About two days later I contacted Force Fin by email to state the need to cancel as my plans had abruptly changed and would no longer be staying where I was. On top of emailing I also left a voicemail on their phone line through my tablets Google Voice number stating the need to cancel.

Today I checked my bank statement and saw that I had been charged several weeks after canceling the order. I sent another email about the issue after seeing it on my statement and now I am using this forum to hopefully get in contact with this company.

Backpackdiver, Not sure why your having problems, what's your name ? I am not a fan of shipping to the Philippines and we have to be very careful on credit card fraud from that part of the World. We are moving all operations, so I am sorry if your having problems. Best, Bob
