I am located up in Lubec and am now beginning to explore diving in this area. If anyone is interested in coming up this way during the fall to check out some of the spots, shoot me a note. We own an Inn and a Pub in Lubec and it could serve as a good base camp for local dive spots. I am anxious to find someone to dive over off of Deer Island in September.

Cheers,
Glenn

Joe George from COJO Diving (Fredericton, NB) dives at Deer Island a bunch. Every once and while a group of us will head up to Eastport from Bar Harbor.

I wanted to give this thread a reboot. I am in the Machias area and looking to connect with some folks in this area. I have zero idea for good dive sites or even where to get an air fill up here.

Mid-Coast Maine Aqua-Nuts are over on Penobscot Bay but could be interested in diving farther downeast. Let us know what you find for some sites and we could plan a road trip.

Bumping this thread as well, I will be in Whiting in June and parts of July/August, would be interested in linking up with someone to do some dives. Has anyone been successful renting tanks and weights from Ben's dive shack?
