Anyone been on this boat Post Hurricane Ike?

How as the diving.? Vis?

Reefs?

I would like a trip report if anyone has one...

Was on the boat last week. Here is the short version:

Vis averaged 25 feet. Some sites were getting up to 50, but others were down to 5, so it depends on where you go.

The reefs mostly looked as if a snow storm had hit them, with some of the steeper walls escaping this. Some damage to the reef but most sites where not devestated.

Sharks on most dives and coming in very close for a look.

Pay attention to dive briefing and bring a compass as you will need it to find the wall and your way back to the boat.

Boat is down to one air handler, so A/C in the rooms only.

Food is very good on the boat. I found it to be as good as any place in Provo. However, you get what they serve so if you have anything you don't like, be sure to notify them ahead of time.
