Rainer:Are you taking the watch on and off? If so, then sure, it might fall off. Otherwise, it's just not an issue. Wetsuit slides right over it. Again, these things won't fit over a dry suit, so that isn't a local worry. Only use my watch in warm water locations. And how is walking around less dangerous? Have you actually lost a watch in the water? Otherwise I don't see what negative experience you've had.
