well hubby is nearly 47 and yesterday with his trainer he hit his goal of lifting 330lbs.... i would like to see him do that with potatoes

it was 330lbs x 6 times actually.... but if you must know.... (hes just so excited about this for some reason)

330 lbs (150 kilos) Squats @ 6 reps

Followed by 2 sets of 308 lbs (140 kilos) @ 6 reps.

242 lbs (110 kilos) Flat Bench @ 6 reps

Followed by 2 sets of 220 lbs (100 kilos) @ 5 reps

Close Grip Chins @ 115 kilos @ Reps (2 Sets)



and for some reason he still refuses to carry me!
