Hi all, can anyone give me a ballpark figure of a

Coltri Mach 16 Compact.

I saw one today and am considering putting an offer towards it. Comp small.jpgTech small.jpg

I did a fair bit of googling for prices but found nada

Thanks

I paid $2065 US dollars for mine off ebay with 700 hours on it, and it included a regulator tester. As a guess I would say it is worth more since they are $9400 or something at full list price.

You will probably want more filtration than what it comes with.

That is also a three phase unit. Since I don't have three phase at home I converted mine to a single phase motor that added in another $420.

Mine has served me well, but it doesn't get a lot of hours since I don't do commercial fills. With an Oxyhacker mixing stick it pumps out 32%.

The one that is pictured is actually the EVO model that has interstage gauges, a soft start, phase controller that prohibits reverse rotation, cabinet temperature thermostat/auto shutoff, and oil level switch/auto shutoff.

I don't know WHAT your distributor would charge, but if you were to buy it new today in the USA it would be $11,130.

The non EVO version is $10,176 in the USA.

but then air compressors are a lot like cars ... they lose half their value the day that it is initially installed.

Good luck!

Nice one thanks guys. This is a compressor from a (now shut down) dive center up the road from me. I wasn't able to talk to the owner directly but when I do, it'd be nice to have a price in mind already.

I bought my Bauer 250 TE for approx US$9000 via Germany.

We are already running 3-phase and have a compressor room big enough to fit both with no problem. The snorkel intake is easy to get here in the Maldives.

Thanks again for your help.

Make sure what ever compressor you buy it has a final stage piston lubrication by pump not splash.
