escape from Canada

Hi,

I’m Pete B originally from the UK (London) where I moved from to Calgary, Alberta, Canada in 1979. However, since then I’ve lived and worked in about 10 other countries and I have become decidedly tropical in nature. This makes it tough to live in Canada, especially during the winter but I make the most of it. I’ve never lived anywhere I didn’t like. These days I feel most at home in the Caribbean where I’m longing to get back to. I’m a PADI instructor caught up in the oil business rate race, looking for an escape route back to diving.

I feel your pain- I'm from Soutahmpton, but moved to florida first in 95. I have been shunted slightly north to NC and this is killing me. I'm trying to get a university placement in Hawaii to escape the cold- failing that, I'm looking in visas for Australia!!!!

Welcome to SB. If you are interested in getting back into diving check out www.mossmanscuba.com It's not warm diving but they are a great bunch of guys and do some very neat trips. I've learned plenty from them.
