Equipment Distributors (some suck)

This is for all you LDS owners/buyers/procurement officers.

Is it just my imagination , but are some suppliers/distributors of products just plain Sh** Heads when it comes to purchasing product or setting up an account ?

I would love to hear some feedback ,especially from new start-ups
and please indicate if you are USA , Canada or other.

Do not slander but lets hear who you have had problems with as well as give credit where credit is due.

Will give my comments where applicable.

I have lots of stories to tell but I had better do it offline. If your interested PM me. There is one thing I will say here and that is I will quit diving before I use or sell anything by Scuba Pro or Aqualung and I guess there are others.
