To see if your tender is Navy trained give 4 pulls, 4 pulls, 4 pulls.
If you are not moving at the end of the signal then the tender is not Navy trained.
pulls 4-4-4 = haul me up immeadiately!
BTW I am not a Navy trained diver (I was an ET) but the company I work for use the Navy dive manual as our SOP book.
