Has anyone had any experience with the DS150 strobe. Mine flooded on the first dive and Ocean Brite says the company normally won't cover any flooding problems even if they are caused by faulty equipment. The strobe flooded because a wire was under the o-ring inside the unit. It was put together at the factory wrong.

Hello,

even with a flood hou can ge some stuff of it, ni most cases that I am not sure but this sounds ikeligh spinoff.

how about in English blacknet?

I dived with a guy in the red sea and his flooded, the o ring came off the groove.

i would go back and say it was faulty regardless of if it flooded or not and ask for a refund (all products are covered for faulty workmanship!) or be allowed to put it towards another strobe.
