mmm how did you connect the port to the PT-EP01?? I thought it would be of a different size than the ones used on the PT-E0xx...!
The inside of the standard port of the PT-EP01 is about 70mm and the lens of the 50mm macro 4/3 is 71mm so I gave up on this option. But if there is a way to connect the Inon port ... well wow it would be great especially if the MR system works as well...

with a home made adaptor, made by a uw photocompany. it works werry well, i got one for my wa as well. the INON PROTECTOR II there is a thread about it with pics on it.

you can see the black ring between the housing and port in this thread in post no 2.

Very cool. I like the idea of using the Zuiko 50mm on the EPL1.

If you don't mind me asking, can you share some info on the company that made the adapter for you? I just love the 50 for macro, but drowned my E420 recently in Komodo...looking for a new set-up

Athena already makes an adapter which allows any of the Olympus style threaded ports from Olympus, Athena and Inon to be used with the PT-EP01 housing. The cost is around $250.00.

I use it with the 170 mm Athena/Olympus dome port and the 35 mm macro port from Athena.
