Another book that you might consider is Forgotten Empress by David Zeni. It has lots of pictures and some information about diving on the wreck. After reading multiple books on the Empress I think it is the definitive source. However, 14 Minutes is very good and shouldn't be missed either.

I am hoping to be able to dive her sometime in the next couple of years, but I need more experience before I go.

Wiki is actually quite accurate on topics that get a lot of traffic.

Slow topics that don't have a lot of readers are a different story.

Listen to the program segment. it is about five minutes long very interesting. This is not inclusive of all the info in Wiki but it shows that Wiki is not as bad as people think it is. and that the "real" encyclopedias are not that great either.

All Things Considered, December 15, 2005 · In the wake of questions of accuracy, a survey by the science journal Nature finds that science entries in the volunteer-driven, online encyclopedia Wikipedia are "not markedly less accurate" than those found in Encyclopaedia Britannica. Nature reporter Mark Peplow discusses the survey.

I would draw you a diagram but I don't think you would get that either. Don't you have a DAN board site you can post your prating to?

I would never quote Wiki, but it is very useful in getting some quick background information. I often use it as a starting point when researching topics.
