goiing with emperor divers on liveaboard....what adaptor do i need to charge computers/camera batteries etc.....I am a american with said type of applicances

you will need US to european.... something like in this photo:
if your original plugs are with an earth terminal (3 terminal plug) you will need to get one with only 2 rounded terminals as in the above photo.

ok one thing I forgot to mention, we are working 220v not 110v as the US so in addition to the plug adapter you will need a 220/110v transformer as well !

Adding to Solly's post you can get the adapters from Egypt too. Make sure that your devices support 220V , most modern devices do support both 110V and 220V check , https://www.facebook.com/DiveEgypt they have a lot of info. and you can send them your questions.
