It's a permanent entry on mine. We eat there at least twice on every visit. I used to split the Zachariah X2 with my wife, but lately I have been loving their grilled conch con mucho ajo. I moosh the conch, garlic butter, black beans, and rice all together in a big mess and scarf it down. Yum. Where's my Xtabentun?I'll be there next few weeks and will put on my must-do list.
BTW, my local Spec's Liquor has started carrying D'Aristi Xtabentun. That's gonna save us about 20 pounds of luggage weight when we fly back from Cozumel.
