Is there any kind of student loan process you can do so I can afford my IDC? Any kind of government funding, etc that could help me further my education. I work for a shop now as a DM and plan on doing this for a long while as my career.

Aloha

Well, GI bill will cover the IDC, as will student loans at university, so I don't see why not. Contact one of the big schools like Hall's in the keys and see if they have a program for you.

Most of the shops in Europe will trade you work for paying for the IDC. Basically they pay the costs up front and then you agree to work for x amount of time to pay them back. I'd assume there would be shops willing to do the same in the US if they are in the position to do so.
