The option they generally give with HRA is that you finish the dive, peel off the wetsuit and hop back in for a "swim". So you don't *have* to pee in your wetsuit... 
Oh, and they do something that sets them apart from other boats -- they have separate mens & womens heads. Women get the starboard side, men get the port. Easy to remember -- women are always right!
