Hi all,
This morning we had to cancel ECO-Day III, which would have beeen the 3rd annual clean-up day at Madison Blue Springs organized by the NACD and the NFSA. As of this morning, it looks like the water is several feet below Highway 6. I am not sure if we will reschedule or not at this time. We will consider when the park reopens and other organized activities in our community along with increased usage due to summer vacation and warmer weather.
Thank you to Dive Rite, Cave Excursions, Wakulla Dive Center, Cave Country Dive Shop, Dive Outpost, Amigos, the NFSA, and the NACD who we contacted for various door prizes.
Also, we had 27 confirmed volunteers not included park personnel and others who were not 100% committted. We appreciate each of you for volunteering your time and hope that we will see you in the future.
