I’ll be near Palm Coast this August and hoping to scuba/snorkel for lobster/fish off shoreline. If not practical what’s a good charter? Thx
 
Water temp will be in the 80s, mid to upper 80s likely. Unless you are doing a really long deco or are very cold sensitive exposure protection due to cold isn't required.
