Keep up the "treehugger" projects, nothing wrong with that.
Vanjie (Scuba2000) and I put a mooring on Car Cemetery last year and within a week some barsteward stole the buoy. About two weeks later we spotted it on some fishing pots, so we removed it and is still sitting back at Scuba 2000 for deployment. I plan to attempt to submerge it next time on the line around 12M with a largish plastic bottle or similar on the end of the line. We located the line last Sunday, and have marked it on my GPS for the next dive.
We also placed several markers on Car Cemetery last year using water bottles with numbers, I would really like to map it out properly as viz is usually ... well you know.... barely 3M.
