Dumb Question - Can I just upgrade the Knob on my valve?

Should be in next Tuesday.

I presume I need to drain the Cylinder and the replacement should't be too tough. Probably unscrew the flambus, pull off the metal whatzit and some sort of washer-thingie from the inside of the plastic knob, replace with new rubberized knob, replace the whatzit over the thingie and screw back in the flambus.

You don't need to drain the tank. The only time you need to drain the tank is to replace the valve seat or neck o-ring.
