Huh, whaddayaknow, I got some feedback on a local board that a DS card would be required, and getting that is an expensive proposition around here... You say its OK to show with just an OW card?

Straight from DUI at 12:57 CST March 14th...:)

Don't need to be DS certified, just need to have open water. A dive master or instructor will help you out and dive with you during the dives.
