Dual Steel LP85 Tank Question

Any idea of the manufacturer of these tanks? They are steel LP85's, but the markings don't tell me if they are Faber, XS Scuba, Luxfer, or other?

There's another thread on the board here saying that a REE number is indicative of Faber

worthington, but you need to measure to figure out if they are 7 inch or 7.25 inch which have different buoyancy characteristics
