i am using olympus xz2 and idas uwl-04 WA lens

Yes, they will do fine. These are dual D2000 which have a bit more punch and coverage but the dual S2000 will be similar:

I am using a FIX domed wide angle lens with a diagonal FOV of around 150 to 160 degrees, Canon S90 in Fisheye/FIX housing. My camera and me before splashing:

One way to get more light is to parasite another photographers open slaved strobe, ;), just kidding.

I do not know your camera and the lens, but I am using dual S-2000 strobes (with diffusors fitted) for wa with my set up:
Micro four third (Olympus E-PL2) with the 9-18mm lens behind the ZEN dome port.
With that combination they are doing fine for me, also at 9mm. And I think, they should even do for a fisheye lens (with correct setting and strobe position)...

I use two S2000 strobes with my Canon S95 and Inon UFL165 fisheye lens. I use f6.3 for a lot of my WA shots like this one.

Nice shots
The i-das UWL-04 is the same lens of Nemrod (mayne I-das kowloon are the same that were doing it for fix?) and will work just fine as the XZ-2 is same sensor and will have plenty of DOF at f/5.6 already for CFWA not sure if you need to close more because of lack of sharpness but I doubt it, that lens seems very sharp
