I have a video of me donning my rig with the "flip" method. It is very unprofessional, in my living room, with street clothes on, but it does show the method I use. However, I don't have a place to upload the video to. It is a 6 MB .mov file. If anyone could tell me a site that would host it, I will upload and post a link.

Here are some still shots of the process from the video.

I can host the video if you still want to post it. Just PM me and I can give you the info to upload.

I've done the "flip" meathod (flip is a bit "flippant" however in this case, as it is more a lift, place and settle) and while I like it and use it most of the time (and yes I *have* done it with small doubles) I still go back and forth between "flip" and "tailgate" meathods... I tend to get "stuck" doing the tailgate meathod, and with the "flip" I tend to get gauges and such twisted or caught in places where I need help getting them untangled (about 25% of the time) however... either way I'm usually one of the first setup and ready to go over my friends with jackets... and I'm the only dry diver in the group normally...

Whatever you do, practice until comfortable.

Aloha, Tim

Thanks to Dirthead and MRF. The video gets the idea across better than written descriptions.

I gotta assume that the "tailgate method" is basically the same as what I do with my existing BC.
