Other than cleaning them after diving, is there any regular, periodic maintenance that the inflate or exhaust valves require? For example, regulators & tank valves have recommended annual rebuilds or inspections. Is there an equivalent for these drysuit parts?

The inflation valve does have orings. Mine lasted about 10 years and were still working but I replaced them as part of preventative maintenance. I would not do it annually unless you do like 200-300 dives a year. Its basically an inflator.

Exhaust valve is also maintenance free with periodic cleaning.

Now to spoil this great picture its applicable for fresh fairly clean water we have here. If you dive mud holes silty environments and salt water it will be different.
