Yes, All the front zips I've owned were telescopic. Forget the suspenders and the crotch drops allowing the boots to come off. Not a good feeling when it happened to me.
 
you can order a pair of suspenders from Bare but remind them that you need the glue in tabs. use aqua seal to glue the tabs in place and your good. I bought a used suit this spring had to walk around holding my skirt so to speak while my buddy where in complete comfort and making fun of me during our dive intervals. I can't wait until fall now that I am all set for this winter.
