Yes, SM and drysuits aren't easy, especially if you use lights, multiple stages, heating vest etc..
Another thing is that you have to adjust your weighting entirely, especially on AL.
You need to be really precise and experiment a bit, very different to diving in fresh water in a 5mm
with 2 AL 80's.
Now, if on top of that you dive from a boat in saltwater I wish you all good luck ;-))

I just gotta share this since the thread has "mess" in the title. I spoke with the guys who posted this video today, and they said they actually edited out the really bad stuff so the guy wouldn't look too bad. Yowzers.
